Do you take a cut of the jobs Katch books?
No, and we never will. No commission, no per-lead fee, no percentage of a quote. You pay for the crew whose diary we keep straight, and the jobs are entirely yours — which is the whole difference between Katch and a lead marketplace.
What happens after the free week?
The card you added at the start is charged for the tier you chose, and it carries on monthly until you stop it. Cancel inside the 7 days and nothing is taken. There is no minimum term and no notice period at any point.
How do I know which tier I'm on?
By how many people go out on surveys. One surveyor is Solo. Two to five is Crew, which is where most installers land — that is the tier that routes work around where each van already is. Six or more, or more than one branch or brand, is Multi.
What if my crew grows mid-month?
Crew includes three surveyors and adds £25 a month for each one after that. Move up a tier whenever it suits — the change is immediate and the difference is pro-rated, so growing never costs you a month.
Is there a setup fee?
No. We build the page with you on a call, connect the diary, and sort the Meta side while we are on there. That is included at every tier and always has been.
Can I pause instead of cancelling?
Talk to us. Plenty of these trades are seasonal, and a firm that is booked out until March should not be paying for a diary nobody is filling — but it also should not have to rebuild its page in the spring.
